Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Core HOA (“Core HOA,” “we,” or “us”) collects and uses information you provide through our website at corehoa.com. It's written in plain language; if anything is unclear, please let us know.
What we collect
- Form submissions. When you fill out a form on our site (proposal request, Ask Marc, general contact), we collect the information you provide — including your name, email, phone number, and message content. These submissions are transmitted through our email delivery provider, Resend, and delivered to the Core HOA inbox that handles that form.
- Analytics. If we have Google Analytics 4 enabled, we collect aggregate usage data — pages visited, referring source, approximate location, device type, time on page. This data is anonymized and used to improve the site.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps routine server logs — IP addresses, request timestamps, user agents — for operational and security purposes. These logs roll over on their standard retention schedule.
How we use it
We use form submissions to respond to your inquiries and to prepare proposals, answer questions, or route conversations to the right person on our team. Analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful and which need work. Server logs are used for troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and blocking abusive traffic.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum data needed with the following service providers:
- Resend — for delivering email submissions from our forms to our inbox.
- Vercel — for hosting this website.
- Google — for analytics, if enabled.
We do not sell your information to third parties. Ever. If a government authority makes a lawful request that compels disclosure, we'll comply; otherwise your data stays with us and the providers above.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are retained in our email inbox indefinitely unless you request deletion. Analytics data retention follows Google's standard policy. Server logs follow Vercel's retention schedule.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing office@corehoa.com. We'll respond within a reasonable period — typically one to two business days.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we'll delete it.
