Core HOA started in Draper two decades ago with a simple idea: HOA management should feel like having a trusted neighbor on your side, not navigating a corporate phone tree. Marc Kennedy founded the firm on that principle, and his family runs it with him today. The business has grown from a handful of communities to more than forty across the Wasatch Front — but the way we work hasn’t changed.

What has changed is how we deliver on the promise at scale. Construction experience in Marc’s background taught us that the difference between a good community and a great one is attention to detail. The intelligence layer we’ve built is our answer to how you maintain that attention across every community, every day, without letting anything slip through.
